Gentle Yoga

In this class we will dive inward consciously connecting with the mind/body/spirit. This class will be focused on self inquiry/introspection. This is a class for all levels and chance to just “be.” The class will be a gentle flow moving the spine in all directions to build stability and strength. The class will focus on intentional movement and proper breathing. You will learn to consciously relax your muscles. A great class for anyone who is ready to deepen their own practice.
