Beginner’s Guide to Traditional Sivananda Yoga (1hr1/2)

This class will go over the traditional sivananda yoga sequence designed specifically to calm your mind and increase back flexibility/strength.  In this class you will learn more about sivananda lineage, breathing techniques to focus the mind, and traditional asana. Each week will be a slow build with adjustments and moderations provided. This is a great sequence for anyone who wants to expand their practice and dive inwards.
